Certainly! We offer Hack Attack machines which allow for speed and pitch type adjustments.
Do I need to rent pitching mounds separately?
Yes, pitching mounds are available for rent as a separate item.

Whether you’re after a 30-minute, 1-hour, or 2-hour practice session, we have you covered. Is equipment provided or should we bring our own?
Please remember to bring your own bats, gloves, and helmets. We will provide the balls for the pitching machines. If you’re not using the machine, please bring your own balls for pitching. After using the cage, kindly clean up the balls and place them back in the feeder for the next rental.

What are you hours of operations?
We are open Monday to Friday from 10 AM to 10 PM, and Saturday to Sunday from 10 AM to 6 PM.
Can I rent the facility for a private event?

Are personal coaches allowed to conduct training sessions at your facility?
Certainly! Personal coaches are more than welcome. Simply rent the required space and kindly ensure that any coaches you bring are familiar with and follow our facility’s guidelines.
What safety measures do you have in place?
We take safety seriously. Our facility has netting to protect observers and players, and all participants are required to wear helmets in the batting cages. Our staff is also trained in first aid and emergency procedures.

Are refreshments available on site?
Yes, we have vending machines on site that serves a variety of refreshments and snacks. Please note that no food or beverages are allowed on the turn or in the cages.
What is the cancellation policy for reservations?
Refunds or cancellations are not available once a booking is made. However, you do have the option to reschedule your appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Additionally, you can conveniently reschedule your appointments online through the confirmation email you receive.
